An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Mutinda Mwania Collins is a highly skilled legal professional with expertise in litigation, corporate law, conveyancing, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). With a strong academic foundation including an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law, he further holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property and Financial Law.
Driven by a passion for justice and social change, Collins has built a diverse legal career across private practice, human rights organizations, and government institutions. His legal acumen spans civil and criminal litigation, contract negotiation, legal research and client representation in courts and tribunals
