About Me

Crispin Ngugi is the Principal Advocate and the proprietor of the firm. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over twenty (20) years post admission experience. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Throughout his legal career, he has garnered a wealth of practical experience across diverse legal settings. His professional journey includes serving in the following capacities:

  • Senior Associate and Head of Litigation Department at Mohammed & Kinyanjui Advocates
  • Associate Advocate at Njuguna & Partners Advocates
  • Legal Officer at Madison Insurance Company Limited

Past Engagements

During his stint with the law firms above, he has solely, personally and satisfactorily handled precedent setting briefs and represented numerous organizations in both litigious and non-litigious proceedings including;

- Formula/Mode of Assessing Costs Awarded at the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board-A Consultancy project on behalf of the Public Procurement Oversight Authority funded by GIZ Kenya. This consultancy involved formulating a scale/formula for use by the Board in assessing costs awarded by the Board following procurement disputes lodged before it

- A Consultative research project for Pioneer General Assurance Society Ltd seeking to answer various questions surrounding failure by two insurance companies to indemnify the Society for the loss sustained following destruction of its Pioneer House by the August 7th, 1998 terrorist bomb blast.
